\n\tEnquiries
\n\tCHANGE<\/strong>: When entering a new enquiry and a matching prospect is found the source of enquiry is now set to the source of the enquiry provided of the prospect
\n\tCHANGE<\/strong>: You can now import BAR Quick and Advanced Sales Leads from Outlook back into Move Administer as a Customer Enquiry or Internet Enquiry (please contact us if you would like to use this feature as it’s only setup on request<\/em>)\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAccounting
\n\tADDITION<\/span><\/strong>: When opening the Accounts of an archived Customer\/Corporate a warning will now appear stating that the Customer\/Corporate is Archived<\/span>
\n\tADDITION<\/strong>: You can now export Direct Debit information to Smart Debit, a direct debit bureau for payment processing (www.smartdebit.co.uk<\/em>) from the Actions menu of the Customer and Corporate Browses
\n\tADDITION<\/strong>: When writing Accounting Activity to the Audit table (which powers the Day Book & Turnover Reports and the Export to Sage<\/em>) you can now choose to show the Customer Name by ‘Surname, Title Forename’ rather than ‘Title Forename Surname’, so Wynn, Mr C rather than Mr C Wynn (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> Accounting -> General Tab<\/em>) – Please note this is only for newly created activity
\n\tCHANGE<\/strong>: The ‘VAT\/IPT Rate Adjustments’ item on the Tools Menu has been modified to only deal with the forthcoming Insurance Premium Tax rate increase for November 1st<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCHANGE<\/strong>: Storage jobs that ended on the day they started are no longer shown on the Storage Accruals Report (Reports -> Accounting -> Storage Accruals<\/em>)\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFIX<\/strong>: When adding a new individual Container and the reference is placed into Prefix rather than Quantity yet the Prefix is a numeric value then the correct Sort Order Reference is now formatted
\n\tADDITION<\/strong>: You can now set to launch the Map\/Journey details in your external browser rather than inside Move Administer by checking ‘Launch mapping in external browser’ within System Defaults (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> System -> General Tab<\/em>)<\/span>
