Enquiries
\nFIX:<\/strong> Email headers and footer images are working again now on Internet and Baggage Enquiry Emails<\/p>\n

Appointments
\nADDITION:<\/font><\/strong> Origin Property column has been added to the Appointment Diary browse, which unfortunately means any customisation of the browse will be lost and will need setting again \u00e2\u20ac\u201c apologies for the inconvenience
<\/font>CHANGE:<\/strong> Should an appointment have a status of Cancelled or Postponed the Time From, Time To and Status columns will show in red<\/p>\n

Quotations
\nCHANGE:<\/font><\/strong> When importing an enquiry into a quotation, if the appointment found is older than 2 weeks, in the future or not confirmed then it is ignored and the last enquiry for the customer is used and not therefore the enquiry linked to the appointment
<\/font>ADDITION:<\/strong> When importing Survey Notes into the Instructions within the Event Wizard you now have the option to import the Included and Excluded Options<\/p>\n

Accounts
\nADDITION:<\/font><\/strong> VAT Rate Adjustments has returned to the Tools menu ready for the January 4th VAT rate change<\/font><\/p>\n

Reports
\nADDITION:<\/strong> Added Nett figures to the Enquiry Source Statistics report (Reports -> Removals -> Enquiry Source Statistics<\/em>), however these are only for the quoted nett for all products except Storage and Self Storage and do not include Additional Services
