Well that button is\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"23\" alt=\"Copy Button\" src=\"http:\/\/www.blog.moveadminister.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/05\/copybutton.png\" width=\"75\" align=\"left\" \/>Yep, the <strong>Copy<\/strong> button!<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>But why such importance?<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Well, the copy button dismisses the need to re-enter vast amounts of information by creating a duplicate where you can then edit only what you need to.<\/p>\n<p>So far in <strong>Move Administer<\/strong> you can use the Copy button on Letter\/Email and SMS Templates, Services, Invoice and Credit detail, Risks, Risk Assessments, Quotation and Service Events, but more importantly <strong>Quotations<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Yes you read it right. You can highlight a Quotation, albeit Accepted, Rejected or even Unaccepted, and <strong>Move Administer<\/strong> will create a duplicate (<em>except resetting the status to Unaccepted of course<\/em>), including <strong>ALL<\/strong> Events, Services, Service Events, Event Labour, Event Vehicles, Event Materials, Event Equipment, Event Extras, Risks, Risk Assessments and Consignments!!!<\/p>\n<p>And I\u2019m sure we\u2019ve not seen the last of this gem of a button, so expect to see it in other areas of <strong>Move Administer<\/strong> in the future.
